RTF is proud to have worked with North Carroll Community School as they have grown over the past 10 plus years. It was very rewarding to have worked with this local non-profit organization during their expansion and help make their forever-home dream come true. RTF involvement included Conceptual planning, Final Construction Plans, Construction Stakeout and As-built Certifications.
